Lisa is passionate about wowing clients not only in the artful look of the dessert but also in the delectable taste. She brings sophistication, raw talent and a much appreciated ability to listen to her clients to each new creation. Before joining the Peppers team, Lisa worked pastry positions in the Portland, Oregon restaurant scene. She has also owned and operated her own cake business Frost. We are so happy we chose Pepper's' for our wedding feast! Everything was decadent, delicious, and wonderful. Not only did they look up recipes for special dishes that I requested and perfected them, aside from items I chose from their incredible menu, but they took care of my table linens, laying out my centerpieces and favors, and basically saved me SO much stress! Everything looked amazing, tasted amazing, WAS amazing.
